Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, in accordance with its rules. If arbitration is not applicable, such disputes shall be submitted to litigation in the courts located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.

Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement:These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Deamgo Technology regarding the use of the Service.
  • Severability:If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
  • Waiver:The failure of Deamgo Technology to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
